    Consultancy Work For Obtaining Noc For Ground Water Withdrawal From Central Ground Water Authority ( Cgwa ) For Udaipur, Jaipur, Ajmer And Bikaner Lpg Plantas Per, Ministry Of Water Resources ( Mowr ) , River Development And Ganga Rejuvenation, It Is Mandatory For All Ground Water Users To Have A Valid Noc To Abstract Ground Water From Cgwa. Industrial, Infrastructure And Mining Projects Withdrawing Ground Water Without A Valid Noc Or Failing To Apply For Noc By Or On Before Said Date Shall Be Liable To Pay Fine As Well As Environmental Compensation / Damages To Be Decided By Hon’Ble Ngt, New Delhi As Per Law. The Last Date For Submission Of Application Has Been Extended Up To 30.09.2019 Vide Notice Dated 09.04.2019. At Udaipur, Ajmer, Bikaner And Jaipur Lpg Plants, We Don’T Have Noc For Extraction Of Ground Water For Industrial Use So It Is Imperative To Have The Required Noc For Our Plant
