Tender For Indigenisation Of O1-07 Module Of Kashmir Of Kashmir Fcs In Ships=> Open Tender:-4 (Material) High voltage isolation for O∏1-07 :-(a) Fabrication of surge arresters for isolating the O∏1-07-01 aluminium enclosure, floating at 14 KV ground potential.(ii) Fabrication of NEMA G10 glass reinforced fibre- glass material made brackets for mounting the O∏1-07-01 aluminium enclosure, on a four symmetrically placed surge arresters. 5 (Service) Generation of 40 Vdc 8A for the Electromagnet (EM) in O∏1-07 :-(i) PCB design and fabrication for a fast diode bridge and LC filter for 220 Vac 400 Hz input.(ii) PCB design and fabrication for dc/dc converter with <0.5% output load.(iii) Fabrication of a sheet metal structure to house the PCBs and associated electronics in the O∏1-07 enclosure.(iv) Fabrication of heat sink for the dc/dc converter.(v) Fabrication of suitable structure for mounting and appropriate cooling fan for dc/dc converter. 6 (Material) Electrical isolation of filament and focus voltage, with ground floating at 14 KV :-(i) Design and construction of 20 Kvdc isolation transformer with shielding over primary.(ii) Design and fabrication of brackets for mounting the transformer in the O∏1-07 enclosure. 7 (Material) Generation of 12.6V 3.2A for the focusing electrode :-(i) PCB design and fabrication for ac/dc power supply to convert 220V 400 Hz to 12.6Vdc with <1% load regulation.(ii) Design and fabrication of aluminium sheet metal enclosure.(iii) Manufacturing of suitable brackets for mounting said PCB in the O∏1-07-01 enclosure. 8 (Material) Generation of the (-) 200V for the filament :-(i) PCB design and fabrication for 5 series connected power supplies to generate a stabilized (-) 200 V with <1% load regulation.(ii) Manufacturing of suitable brackets for mounting said PCB in the O∏1-07-01 enclosure. 9 (Material) Internal wiring and connectors
