Supply Of Salt Bath Furnace System Accessories And Consumables => Limited.:-Essential Accessories:-1. Three Fume Hoods Should Be Available For Three Chambers ( One Hood For Each Chamber ) . Ii. The Fume Hoods To Be Connected With Dedicated Metallic Exhaust System For Channeling Salt Vapour Outside The Laboratory Room 111. Each Chamber Will Be Placed On Individual Wheel & Trolley For Easy Movement From One Place To Another. The Wheel Should Be Made Of Either Steel Or Solid Rubber. Iv. Each Chamber Will Be Fitted With Mechanical Pulley For Removing And Inserting Salt Pots. I V. 2-Channel Digital Data Logger To Be Provided For Each Chamber ( Total = 3 ) For Monitoring The Temperature Externally With Thermocouple System. Vi. The Salt .2Ot Size Should Be 250-255 Mm Id X 500-550 Mm Height. Vii. The Thickness Of Each Pot Should Be 8-16 Mm I Viii. The Bottoms Of The Pots To Be Welded Both From Inner Side And Outer Side - Ix. A Mobile-Based App Is Required To Monitor Working Ofthe Furnace X. Thyristor Power Drive With Current Limit ( 50 Amp, 3-Phase ) / Consumables:-Three Salt Pots, Six Salt Pots, Made Of Incoloy 600 Grade, 25 Kg Of Salt With Working Temperature, 5 Pairs Of Working Gloves To Withstand Upto 1500 °C Temperature 4 Different Set Of Tongs With Varying Size And Shape To Be Provided For Handling The Samples , 2.0 Kg Standard Reels Of Nicrome Wire 1.0 Standard Reels Of W-Wire Wire, 02 Set Of Extra Temperature Controller Etc.
