A. All Security Guard Should Be Provided With Uniform Shirts And Trousers, 1 Pair Of Safety Shoes Of Oil Resistant Quality And One Number Of Raincoat Of Good Quality. B. Security Guard Should Possess A Valid Police Clearance Certificate. C. Man Power Provider Should Have Necessary Registration From Central And State Agencies. D. Proprietor And Firm Should Have Police Clearance Certificates From The Minimum Level Of Sp Rank / Commissioner E. The Job / Services Can Be Extended For One More Year As Per The Standard Guideline Mentioned In The Mdrra Under Repeat Order If The Services Provided By The Contractor / Agency Is Satisfactory By The Company. Security Guard Should Participate In Fire Fighting Activities / Fire Drill / Emergency Rescue Operations / Operation Of Fire Fighting Facilities Etc. D. Frisking Of Personnel At The Gate Entering Into / Going Out Of The Afs Premises. Maintain The Timing Register For Bpcl Employees And Visitors. E. Checking All The Vehicles And To Prevent Entry Of Any Unauthorized Inflammable Materials Into The Afs Premises. F. Issuing Visitor`S Entry Slips After Clearance From Concerned Officer And To Collect Back The Slip From The Visitor At The Time Of Their Leaving The Afs. G. Checking The Tank Lorries / Vehicles Entering Or Leaving The Afs Through Either Of The Two Gates. Maintain The Timing Registers For Tank Lorry Crew. H. 24 Hrs Patrolling The Afs And Close Monitoring Of All Activities. I. Security Guard Should Follow The Instruction From Concern Officer On Duty And Station In Charge.
