    E-Tender For Annual Maintenance Contract Of Mechanical Maintenance Of Different Plant Equpments At Patna Top From 01.06.2019 To 31.05.2021Terms And Conditions Of The Contract: 1. Contract Labour Will Be Engaged For Mechanical Maintenance Job At Patna Top. 3 Nos Of Semi- Skilled Man Power Are Required As Per Need And Instruction Of Engineer-In Charge. The Contract Will Be Valid For 2 Years With A Provision Of Extension For 1 Year. 2. Contractor To Comply With Contract Labour ( Regulation &Amp; Abolition ) Act, 1970 And Fulfill The Entire Statutory Requirement For Engagement Of Contract Workmen I.E. Pf &Amp; Esi Registration. 3. Proper Muster Roll ( In Form Xvi ) And Register Of Wages ( In Form Xvii ) For The Contract Workmen. Please Note That The Contractor Has To Maintain A Wage Register And An Attendance Register / Muster Roll Or A Wage-Cum-Muster Roll, Where The Contract Workmen Will Sign And Receive The Wages As Per Actual Number Of Working Days. The Register Has To Be Counter Signed By The Contractor And Officer In-Charge. 4. As Per Minimum Wages Act’ 1948 Contractor Should In Any Case Has To Pay Minimum Wage To The Workmen As Per Latest Notification.
