    Tender For 6 Quad Work In Kalka-Shimla Section Of Ambala Division. -Survey Of Cable Route, Preparation Of Cable Route Plan,Termination Plan, Jointing Schedule And Tapping Chart Etc. As Detailed In Tender Document With Particular Reference To Rdsos Code Of Practice For Installation And Commissioning Of 6 Quad Cable System. Approved Drawings And Documents Shall Be Suppllied In Six Hard Copies Along With Two Cd/Dvd In Autocad Of Latest Version Inspection: Site Engineer ,Excavation Of Cable Trench In Hard Soil And /Or Murrum Soil Mixed With Boulders 300 Mm Wide At The Bottom And 1 Mtr Deep, Or If Not Possible To Reach Depth, With Depth At Least 60 Cm. Trenching And Refilling The Same With 1:3:6 Cc Of Depth At Least 75 Mm And Balance By The Excavated Earth With Ramming And Watering. (Note:- This Item Includes Arranging Of Materials Of Cc Water Etc At Site By The Contractor At No Extra Cost). If 60 Cm. Trench Is Not Done Then Proportionate Payment Shall Be Made Inspection: Site Engineer ,Boring & Trenchless Cabling Along With Insertion And Supply Of Hdpe Pipe Pe 80 Pn 8 90 Mm Dia With Min.6.7 Mm And Max 7.6 Mm Wall Thickness As Per Rdso Draft Spec No.Rdso/ Spn/Tc/45/2013 Ver -2.0 With Amendment-1&2 Or Latest In The Bore For The Laying Of Signalling/ Telecom/ Power Cables Under The Track/Road/Platform ( Cable Laying Is Coverd Separately) Hdpe Pipe Is To Be Supplied By The Contractor Inspection Pipe : Rites, Work: Site Engineer ,Laying Of Cable Of Different Sizes And Corage In Trench. The Cable Shall Be Laid Through Hdpe/Gi Pipes At Road Crossing/Rail Crossing, Bridges And Culverts Etc. As Per Instructions Of Railway Engineers Representative At Site Inspection:Site Engineer, Supply And Fixing Of G.I.Pipe 75 Mm Dia, 3Mm Thick Perforated At A Distance Of 20 Cm Or Less Of Required Length
