Providing Services For Carrying Out Documentation Work For Dispatch Of Products At Bina Dispatch Unit, Mp For I&Amp;Cproviding Services For Carrying Out Documentation Work For Dispatch Of Products At Bina Du For I&Amp;C– The Job Requires Bidder To Position Trained Manpower From 0600 Hrs To 2200 Hrs ( 2 Shifts ) – 1 Manpower In Each Shift. The Job Requires Positioning Of Manpower 365 Days In A Year. 1. The Job Requires The Tenderer To Position Manpower From 0600 Hrs To 2200 Hrs ( 2 Shifts ) – 1 Manpower In Each Shift. The Job Requires Positioning Of Manpower On All Working Days ( Normally Six Days In A Week ) As Per Instructions From Time To Time. 2. The Bidder Will Engage Graduate Manpower Who Has Working Knowledge Of Computers Including Ms Office, Interest Applications Etc. 3. Maintaining Records Related To Registration Of Tank Lorries Including Reporting Of Tank Lorries. 4. Liaising With Borl Authorities For Maximum Product Upliftment In Line With The Customer Demand And Stocks Available Per As Instructions Of Competent Authority Of Bpcl. 5. Placing Indent To Borl For Lorries To Be Loaded As Per Customer Requirement, Processing Gr, Creating Invoices, Endorsement On Lr For Inter State / In Transit Sales As Per Instructions From Time To Time. 6. Creating Erp ( Sap ) Invoices For Dispatch. 7. Maintaining Records Of All Documents In A Systematic Manner. 8. All Documentation Work For Petcoke And Sulphur Lorries As Well As Rakes Filled Ex-Borl, Bina On Day To Day Basis Including Holidays As Desired By Borl Authorities / Bpcl Officials. 9. Attending The Customer’S Calls Regarding Execution Of Their Loads / Indents. 10. Maintaining Records Of Daily Transactions As Per Instruction From Bpcl Officials From Time To Time. 11. Carry Out All Documentation / Correspondence Pertaining To Product With Borl On Behalf Of Bpcl. 12. Carry Out Day End Reconciliation Of All Receipts And Dispatches And All Stock Suspense’S And Necessary Reports To Be Scrutinized / Analysed And Comments Provided For Rectification. 13. Bpcl Shall Provide Access To Its System And No Other Programme Other Than Bpcl’S Recommended Package Shall Be Used. 14. All Documents Has Be Properly Kept In Safe Custody By Binding And Numbering. 15. Keeping Separate Record For Black – Listed / Suspended Tank Lorries And Not To Load Such Lorries Till Instructions Are Received In Thus Direction From Bpcl Officials. 16. Always Ensure Cleanliness Of Office And Parking Space. Take Up Parking Maintenance Related Issues With Borl Authorities. 17. Up Keeping Of The Assets Like Vsat, Pcs, Furniture Etc And Any Other Asset Provided By Bpcl In Good Working Condition And Arranging Necessary Maintenance In Consultation With Sr. Manager ( Ops ) Bdt, I&Amp;C, Bina And Any Other Official Of Bpcl. Also, Maintaining Register Of Assets Giving Serial Number, Date Of Receipt, Description Of Asset And Copy Of The Challan. Bpcl Shall Make Additional Payment, If Any For Maintenance Of Assets Provided By Bpcl Which Is Not Included In This Tender. 18. The Trained Man Power So Provided By The Tenderer Should Abide By All The Rules And Regulations Of Borl And They Should Be Supplied With All Necessary Pop’S, The Cost Of Which Should Be Considered While Quoting.
