One no. with the Depotofficer/Indentor. Bidder must submit [specify quantity size] samples duly signed and sealed in envelop with tenderno. and tender closing date superscribed on it. The samples should be sent strictly within ten days from thetender closing date and must be received physically in the office of Controller of Stores/Diesel LocoModernisation Works, Patiala-147003. The offers received without the samples within the time specified above,will be treated as incomplete and will be summarily rejected.
