Tender For Supply, installation and commissioning of Modular pantry arrangement for Trainset-18.ITEM LIST :- (1) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Modular pantry arrangement for Train set-18coaches to the following description. One rake set consists of the following items and its technical requirementsare given below: 1) (i) Hot Case and attachment made of Stainless Steel with magnetic latch and digital controlsystem .Temperature range - Min 15deg.C to max. 95deg.C of minimum 47 litres. (ii) Max. Dimension shall notexceed 485 W x 680 D x 815 H. (iii) Power supply #1PHASE 230V, 50 Hz. (iv) Power consumption- shall notexceed 1 KW (max). (v) Cable length of plug shall be minimum 2 metres. The Hot Case and attachment shall beas per model no.KR024_M_DR_002_G_001 of M/s.Kelox/Spain or its equivalent in terms of OGA and its qualitystandards. Offer for other than M/s. Kelox/Spain make, shall submit detailed drawings and specifications to verifythe equivalence in their offer.(@ 3 nos per coach of Executive chair car and chair car coaches& 2 nos per DTC)2) Refrigerating unit as per RCF specification no.EDTS-130 which shall accommodate 120 nos. of 1litre waterbottles and 120 ice cream cups suitable to accommodate in overall dimensions H=1050mm, W= 1050 D=505(including doors). Qty.16 nos. 3) Water boiler unit as per RCF specification no.EDTS-130 Qty.16 nos. 4) Washingmodule sink & tap of stainless steel material along with associated accessories like pipe, clamps etc. over alldimensions shall not exceed W-350 MM, D-350MM AND H-900MM. The dimensions mentioned for sink aretentative and the sink arrangement and location shall be matched with coach partition curved wall. REFERENCEICF Drg. No :ICF/SK3-7-2-048. Plumbing work for water boiler and washing module sink shall be done by pantrysupplier inside pantry.
