Cylinder Block Cracked To Be Changed Along With Fitment Of New Liners, Pistons And Piston Ringsof Standerd Size. 2. Cylinder Head To Be Repaired, Valves And Valve Guides To Be Replaced. 3. Major Overhauling Gasket Set To Be Changed. 4. Crane Shaft U / S To Be Replaced Of Standard Size Along With Shell Bearing. 5. Oil Pump To Be Changed. 6. Engine Oil And Filters To Be Changed. 7. Fuel Injection Pump, Starter Motor, Alternator To Be Overhauled And Flywheel Ring To Be Changed. 8. Exhaust Flange Brokeb To Be Repaired. 9. Radiator Assy Tubes To Be Cleared And Repaired. 10. Blower Fan Belt Qty-05, Fan Belt And Hydraulic Pump V-Belt Qty-02 To Be Changed. 11. Engine To Be Tested After Overhaul At 1500 Rpm For 06 Hrs Before Installation In The Vehicle.=> Short Tender Notice=> Limited.
