Iii ) Either The Indian Dealer On Behalf Of The Principal / Oem Or Principal / Oem Itself Can Bid But Both Cannot Bid Simultaneously For The Same Item / Product. Iv ) If An Indian Dealer Submits Bid On Behalf Of The Principal / Oem, The Same Dealer Shall Not Submit A Bid On Behalf Of Another Principal / Oem For The Same Item / Product. V ) The Prospective Bidder Shall Quote For All The Items As Mentioned In Schedule Of Prices Of The Tender Vi ) The Prospective Bidders ( Oem Or Its Authorized Sales Dealer ) Will Have To Furnish A Certificate Of Satisfactory Performance ( Either Issued To Oem Or To Its Authorized Dealer ) Of The Offered Or Similar Equipment Issued By Any State Electricity Boards / Power Utilities / Ipp / Cpp / Or By Any Private Firm For The Equipment Ultimately Supplied To Any State Electricity Boards / Power Utilities. The Issued Certificate Should Contain Satisfactory Performance Of The Equipment For At Least 01 Year And The Date Of Issuance Of Certificate Should Not Be More Than 10 Years Old From The Date Of Issue Of Nit. Certificate Of Satisfactory / Unsatisfactory Performance If Provided By Bbmb Will Override The Other Certificates. Vii ) In Case Of Non-Availability Of Performance Certificate, Repeat Order Placed By The Same State Electricity Boards / Power Utility / Ipp / Cpp For The Same Equipment After A Gap Of One Year Can Also Be Submitted And Shall Be Considered In Lieu Of Performance Certificate. Viii ) The Prospective Bidders Will Have To Furnish A Copy Of Purchase Order ( Either Issued To Oem Or To Its Authorized Sales Agent / Dealer ) Of Offered Or Similar Equipment Placed By Any State Electricity Boards / Power Utilities / Ipp / Cpp / Or By Any Private Firm For The Equipment Supplied To Any State Electricity Boards / Power Utilities. The P.O Should Not Be More Than 10 Years Old From The Date Of Issue Of Nit. Ix ) The Prospective Bidder Should Furnish Requisite Copies Of Financial Results Viz. Profitability, Turnover, Balance Sheet Duly Certified By Authorized Charted Acant For The Last Three Financial Years Ending 31St March / 30Th September / 31St December Whichever Is Applicable Or As Per The Acing Year And Their Minimum Average Annual Financial Turnover For The Last 03 Financial Years Should Be Minimum Rs. 1.2 Crores. Note: The Equipment Model As Offered By The Bidder At The Pre-Qualifying Criteria Stage Must Be Same As Offered In The Main Tender. Signing Of Integrity Pact I ) Bbmb Has Adopted The Integrity Pact To Promote Integrity, Transparency And Competitiveness In Bbmb&Amp;Amprsquos Procurement Of Works / Services / Equipment Etc. To Implement The Said Integrity Pact Concept, Bbmb Has Appointed A Panel Of Two Iems ( Independent External Monitors ) And Their Details Can Be Seen On The Bbmb Website- ( Www.Bbmb.Nic.In ) . Ii ) For The Implementation Of Integrity Pact An Agreement Between The Principal ( Bbmb, The Purchaser ) And Tenderers Is Necessary In Case Of Procurement Of Works / Services / Equipment Irrespective Of Whether It Is From Foreign / Indian Tenderer. Iii ) The Tenderers Are Required To Submit The Said Agreement On Non-Judicial Stamp Paper Of Appropriate Value ( Indian Rs.15 / - ) Along With Emd And Tender. Tenders Not Accompanied By The Said Agreement On Behalf Of Tenderer Shall Not Be Considered. The Authority Signing The Pact Must Legibly Sign The Contract With Due Stamp, Indicating His / Her Complete Name, Designation And Office Along With The Date Of Signature. Each Page Of The Contract Should Be Signed In The Way As Described, In Case Of Any Complaint Regarding Tendering, The Tenderer May Contact Both Or Any One Of The Iems. Iv ) If The Bidder Has Been Disqualified From The Tender Process Prior To The Award Of Contract According To The Provision Under Integrity Pact, Bbmb Shall Be Entitled To Demand And Recover From Bidder Liquidated Damages Amount By Forfeiting The Emd / Bid Security ( Bid Bond ) As Per Provisions Of Integrity Pact. V ) If The Contract Has Been Terminated According To The Provisions Of The Integrity Pact, Or If Bbmb Is Entitled To Terminate The Contract According To Provisions Of Integrity Pact, Bbmb Shall Be Entitled To Demand And Recover From The Contractor / Security Deposit As Per Integrity Pact. Vi ) The Documents Submitted By The Bidder Are Subject To Scrutiny By The Purchaser And Their Bids Are Liable To Be Rejected At Any Stage For Non-Compliance With The Qualification Criteria Laid Down Above, Even If Tender Documents Had Been Issued To Such Tenderer Vii ) The Applicant Should Confirm Their Acceptance To The Above Provisions In Their Request. ( C ) E-Reverse Auction Bbmb Has Adopted The Concept Of E-Reverse Auction To Provide An Opportunity To All The Bidders Qualified In Technical Evaluation To Quote And Improve Their Price Offers Continuously Throughout The Auction Time.
