1 Cleaning And Checking The Tightness Of Cts, Pts, Relays And Control Circuit Terminals In 11Kv, 3.3Kv And 415V Switchboard Transformer Marshalling Box, T & Avt, Lavt, Ngt Panel, Grp Panel, Avr Panel, Rtcc, Bts Panel And Also Assistance During The Testing Of Relays In The Above Panels And Attending Defects, Replacing Defective Relays / Transducer / Mfm If Any As Instructed By Our Maintenance Engineer In Charge. ( Including Consumables Cotton / Banyan Waste, Cleaning Brush, Rust Removal Spray, Pu Foam And Necessary Tools, Hot Air Blower Etc., ) 2 Removing The Power And Control Cables Of Low Torque Motorized Actuator During Overhauling Of The Valves And Also Changing The Orientation Of The Actuator To Be Carried Out By Turbine Maintenance ( Tm ) And Boiler Maintenance ( Bm ) . Reconnecting The Power & Control Cables And E Pac Assembly After Completion Of Overhauling Works By Tm / Bm. Checking Of The Limit / Torque Switches, Gear Mechanism, Manual Engage Lever Assembly, Lubrication In The Actuator And Also Topping Up If Necessary And Cleaning The Actuator. Checking The Operation Of Actuator In Both Local And Remote As Instructed By Maintenance Engineer In Charge. ( Work Shall Includes Consumables Cotton / Banian Waste, Rust Removal Spray, Cleaning Brush, Pu Foam And Neccessary Tools, Hot Air Blower Etc., )
