    The Major Salient Features Of Meters Shall As Follows. A.Disconnect And Reconnect Of The Prepaid Meter On Zero Currency And Also For Validity Period. B.Class Of Accuracy Of The Prepaid Meter With Reference To The Existing Meter Class. C.The Agency Has To Facilitate For Obtaining The Reports Of Consumers In Terms Of Weekly Energy/Currency Purchased Energy/Currency Consumed During The Billing Period Number Of Times The Prepayment Was Made During The Billing Period And Number Of Times The Meter Was Switched Off Due To Non-Availability Of Currency And Also Validity Period. D.The Meter Shall Facilitate Transfer Of The Data Through App Bluetooth Any Other Communication Mode For Succesfull Running Of Prepaid Technolony Metering System. E.The Agency Shall Have Payment Gateway Linking Facility For Transfer Of Payemt Through Hescom Paymnet Gateway System.The Payment Transaction Could Be Through Credit Cards Debit Cards Net Banking Cash Or Any Other Mode Which Is Preapproved By Hescom F.Uploading The Payment Details (Top Up Units) To The Meters By Any Type Of Prepayment Type Of Energy Meters Technology Without Human Intervention. G.Ease Of Changing Updating The Tariff To Enable Management Of New Tariff Plans As And When Needed. H.The Bidder Shall Use His Existing Data Center Server And Software Hardware Or Any Other Equipment Requieed Required To Complete The Maintenance And Report Generation Etc For Succesfull Running Of Prepaymnet Management System At His Cost Throughout Contract Period. I.The Bidder Shall Provide Maintenance Service For A Period Of Five Years Pertaining To Smooth Running Of Prepaid Meters Service As Per Kerc Guidelines In All Aspects Hardware Software Etc .Hescom Reserves The Rights To Reduce The Maintenance Period.=> Open
