    Tender For General Tube Replacement In Hp Boiler Area In Cpp-1.-- Replacement Of Seamless Steel Tube Size: 20 Mm Od, Grade -St 35.8 (1 Number = 1 Joint) . . 1. Cut And Remove The Damaged Tubes. Old Clits / Supports To Be Salvaged. 2. Fabricate Pipe As Per Ibr Requirements And Site Conditions. 3. Prepare The Edges Of Tubes / Bends As Per I.B.R.. 4. Set And Tag Weld The New Tubes / Bends.The Fit Ups To Be Approved By The Boiler Inspector Prior To Final Welding. . 5. Weld The Joints As Per I.B.R. Requirement. 6.All Supports Shall Be Welded Back In Position. 7.Shell Plates, To The Extent Required For The Execution Of The Job Is To Be Cut By The Party And New Plates Shall Be Welded Back. 8. Scaffolding Required To Execute The Job Shall Be Erected By The Party As Per Site Conditions . . 9.In Case Of Chokages Of Drain / Vent Lines, Same Shaall Be Cut, Cleared And Welded Back. . 10.To Clear The Site After The Comple- Tion Of The Job.
