Tender For Up Gradation / Augmentation Of Equipment Of Center No 08 Systems Department:-1. Upgradation Of Fitted Chemical Storage Tanks With Tanks Of Following Sizes: - ( A ) 14Ft X 5Ft X 5Ft 18 Mm Chemical Resistant Thermoplastic With Dual Lamination 10 ( B ) 14Ft X 7Ft X 5Ft 18 Mm Chemical Resistant Thermoplastic With Dual Lamination 3 Ea 2. Degutting Of All Redundant Cement, Wooden, Fibre And Metallic Structures In The Premises Of Centre No 8 Using Hot Work Or Any Other Means As Necessarycoated With Frp 3. Cleanship And Removal Of All Debris Of The Entire Area Of Centre No 8 Including The Area Near The Effluent Treatment Plant 4. Leveling Of The Floor Is To Be Carried Out Post Degutting And Removal Of Scrap / Debris By Usage Of Heavy Duty Rollers As Required. This Is To Be Topped With Hard Standing Of Thickness 6Inch 5. Upgradation Of The Existing Drainage System By Providing A Dedicated Gutter For Flow Of Effluents And Chemicals From Each Of The Following To The Etp: - ( I ) Each Chemical Storage Tank. ( Ii ) Hydrojetting Area ( Iii ) Pressure Testing Bay 6. The Gutter Shall Lie Parallel To The Side Wall Of The Building ( Approx Length 160Ft ) And Have A Minimum Cross Section Of 1.5Ft X 6Inch. It Shall Be Lined With Acid Proof Vitrified Tiling. The Gutter Shall Slope Towards The Effluent Treatment Plant ( Etp ) 7. Upgradation Of The Flooring By Lining It With Industrial Non-Skid Acid Proof Tiles With Matte Finish. Approx Area Of The Same Is 250 Ft X 31 Ft. This Tiling Is Also To Be Laid In The Boiler Room And Store ( Approx Area 34Ft X 24Ft ) As Well As The Exhaust 8. The Entrance To The Shopfloor Shall Have A Designated Lister Unloading Bay For Unloading Of Pipes Into The Holding Area. This Area Shall Be Cordoned Off Using Raised Embankment On All Three Sides And Have A Non-Skid Rcc Floor Covering => Open Tender
