SUPPLY OF PCU AND BOS INCLUDING INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING OF 38 KWP PSV POWER PLANT (Supply of 5 module type MS Galvanized Module Mounting Structures along with necessary hardware as per enclosed drawing,Construction of pedestals (PCC 1:2:4),Mounting & fixing of 240 nos. SPV Module of 160Wp each on the above installed structure,Supply of Panel Junction Box with two nos. of terminal 4mm² and two ½” glands (two for entry and another for o/p) with IP 65 protection,Supply of Field Junction Box with 6 nos. of parallel connections consisting of 6 nos. of blocking diode (10A12), 6 nos. of fuse base with HRC fuse (10 Amp) each, three nos. of MOVs (500 volt rating) with IP 65 protection,Mounting of above all the junction boxes with suitable arrangement,Supply of copper cable PVC insulated, Flexible,multistrand, annealed copper conductor unarmoured,1100V grade, conforming to relevant latest IS and duly ISI mark,Interconnection of modules,Supply of 45KVA PCU,Installation & Commissioning of the PCU which including all the accessories,Interconnecting and laying of the cables using PVC conduit within PV array, from PV Array to PCU, from PCU to Battery bank; underground cabling to & from PCU to AC Distribution board (Control Panel). Total integration of the system using suitable combination of wires and cables,Supply and installation of lightning protection system as per relevant IS including suitable number of lightning arrestors covering the entire PV array field of 38 kWp capacity,Supply and installation of earthing system as per relevant IS including suitable number of earth pits covering the entire PV array field of 38 kWp capacity, power conditioning unit including ACDB,DCDB and battery bank. Prices for supply and installation are to be quoted separately,Other Miscellaneous work like cleaning, painting, white wash etc. related to installation and commissioning of Power Plant. Testing & Commissioning of system of the whole system prior to hand over of the system,Annual Maintenance Contract for 3 years after completion of 2 years on site warranty period includes all the routine work like cleaning of Modules, control room & PV array etc.
