    Tender For Maintenance ./Repair Of Mobile Equipment Air Conditioning System.-1. Maintenance / Repair Of Mobile Equipment Air Condition System To Ensure Proper Cooling Effect Inside The Mobile Operator#S Cabin. 2. Attend/Rectification Of Non Cooling/Insufficient Cooling Of Operator#S Cabin. Leakage/Refrigent Charging Is In Party#S Scope. 3. Monthly Availability Of The Each Cabin A.C. Is To Maintained At 85% Or Above. 4. Supply Of Minor Spares Like Switches, Filters, Wires,#V# Belts, Connectors ,End Fittings Etc. Is In Partys Scope. 5.Majors Spares Like Compressors, Condensor, Evaporators , Prime Movers, Blower, Pulleys Etc Of Ac System Will Be Arranged By The Department. 6. The Party Has To Arrange For Repair /Rectification Of A.C Problems At Site . All Tools And Tackles Required For A.C Repair And Charging Are To Be Brought By The Party. Gas Cutting And Welding/Brazing/Soldering Etc In Party#S Scope. 7. Leakage Test Must Be Conducted To Find Out The Leakage Points In Tubes / Hoses. Any Leakages To Be Rectified By The Party. If Hoses Are Found Damage, The Same Will Be Provided By The Department However End Fittings To Be Supplied By The Party. Nitrogen Gas For Testing Is To Be Supplied By The Deptt. The Charging Kit Is To Be Arranged By The Party. 8. Any Type Of Break Down Job Other Than Routine Repair And Servicing Repair Related To Ac Unit Shall Be Attended On Round The Clock Basis. 9. Any Minor Allied Job Not Explicitly Mentioned But Required For Successful Completion Of This Job Is Deemed To Be Included In Party#S Scope. 10. Breakdown Maintenance To Be Attended By The Party Within 24 Hours From The Time Of Reporting. 11. Party To Ensure Effective Preventive Maintenance Of Ac System During The Contract Period To Minimize The Breakdowns. Uom:Ea= Per Ac Per Month
