Nit 04 - Procurement And Installation Of Heavy Kitchen, Restaurant And Freezing Equipments Minimum Experience Of 10 Years, = 60 Service Counter (Bain Marie Hot ) with 5 dishes compt. Bain Marie Hot with 2 Overhead Shelves with Heating Elements, Tray Slide and 1 under shelve 72”x26”+11”x34”. Top and Tank of the unit shall be integral and constructed in 16 SWG stainless steel sheet. The tank shall be insulated with 40 Mm thick Bib/Sag glass wool sides and back paneling of the unit shall be in 20 SWG stainless steel sheet. 1 no. under shelf in 18 Swg SS sheet. G1 box type frame work of 38x38x5 mm thick M.S. Sections with stainless steel pipe )38mm OD) shall be provided. 275mm wide tray slide in 16 SWG stainless steel sheet duly ribbed. The Bain Marie tank shall be fitted with 3 KW capacity Heating element with thermostatically control and SS drain valve etc. the unit shall be supplied with 4 no. of SS rectangular container of size G.N. 1:16” with lids and 2 round containers with lids. 61 Cocktail shaker(EPNS)
