    Tender For Preparatory Jobs/Blr.Insp.By Sta. Auth.For Blr.Of Cpp-1(Pbs<(>&<)>Cdcp) Of Pbs By Stautory Authority. ( The Scope Of Job Is For One Boiler). The Boilers Are B.F Gas,Mixed Gas And Ldo Fired Having Heating Surface Of 6108 Sq Mtr Each. The Maximum Elevation Of Each Boiler Is 21.6M. The Boiler (Each)Is Bi-Drum Boiler. The Steam Drum Of Each Boiler Is Having I.D. Of 1375 Mm. Each Boiler Is Of 100 T/Hr Steaming Capacity At A Pressure Of 61 Ata And Temperature Of 485 Deg Celsius. 1)Descaling Of Deposits In The Form Of Scales From Heating Surface/Pr.Parts Of Blrs Like Furnace Riser Wall, Economiser, Superheaters, Drum Internals ( Both Steam And Water) ,Ceiling Tubes, Boiler Bank Tubes ,Headers Etc. By High Pressure Jet. 2)Clearing Of Muck , Scale, Deposits From Outside Of Boiler Casing, F.D Fan Duct , Pipe Line ( Where Ever Not Under Insulation) , Platform, Stair Case, , Etc.By High Pressure .Jet Without Damaging The Cables And Instumentation And Lighting Points.
