Tender Details

1.Preparing the entire penstock gate surface for painting by hand tool followed by water jet cleaning and application of rust converter including scaffolding inside the penstock gate groove. 2.Providing primer painting to structural steel surfaces with zinc rich epoxy primer of approved quality (zinc content not less than 90%) including cleaning the surfaces. 3.Providing two coats painting to structural steel surfaces with cold applied coal tar epoxy paint of approved quality including cleaning repairing shop coat of primer. 4.Operation of penstock gantry crane for lowering, lifting and stacking of penstock stoplog elements. 5.Lifting concrete slab of groove cover slabs. 6.Cleaning of entire penstock groove inside after lowering stoplog elements. 7.Replacement of rubber seals and shifting released/scrapped materials to store. 8.Cleaning and painting of embedded parts. 9.Lubrication of penstock gate rollers and side guide shoes etc. 10. Any other related works as per the direction of Engineer in charge
