    Supply Of 07 (Seven) No. Of Non-A/C Multi-Utility Four Wheeler Road Vehicles Like Chevrolet/ Tavera / Innova / Scorpio /Toyota Qualis/Bolero (Diesel) Or Similar. The Vehicles Proposed To Be Offered On Hire Should Be In Good Condition And Not More Than 3 Years Old On The Date Of Opening Of Tender And Also It Should Be Registered In The Name Of Tenderer Or The Tenderer Should Have An Mou (Memorandum Of Understanding) With The Owner Of The Vehicles For The Proposed Hiring With Railway. The Successful Tenderer Is Required To Submit The Supporting Documents Of The Vehicles Within 15 Days After Issuing Loa Or Supply Of Vehicle Services, Whichever Is Earlier To The Satisfaction Of The Railway Department. The Vehicles Should Have Carrying Capacity Of 5+1, In Good Working Condition. All Expenses Fuel, Consumables Including Regular Maintenance, All Taxes, Toll Gate Fee Etc., Complete As Directed By The Officer-In-Charge (12 Hrs Per Day ) For 24 Months (2 Years) On Hire Basis For The Use At Rpf Posts Rayanapadu, Gudiwada, Tenali,Chirala, Ongole, Nellore And Gud
