    Tender For Peso Consultancy Job For Durgapur Retail Regional Office- Vendor Shall Visit Site For Checking The Boundaries And Taking Measurements To Prepare Cad Drawings And Submit The Pdf Drawing In A2 Size To Take The Approval From Hpcl, After Confirmation They Are To Be Submitted In A1 Size Blue Prints (14 Nos) To Hpcl. The Soft Copy Of Cad File Shall Be Submitted To Hpcl ,Visiting The Retail Outlets For Traverse Surveying The Existing Facilities And Comparing With Approved Existing Peso Layouts , To Take Measurements And Prepare The As-Built Drawings (Addition/Deletion Of Facilities As Existing At Outlet) Also Submit 5 Copies Of A1 Size Blue/White Prints As Required For Amendments By Peso.The Soft Copy Of Cad File Shall Be Submitted To Hpcl., Supply Of Additional Layout Drawings In A1 Size To Hpcl. , Supply Of Additional Layout Drawings In A2 Size To Hpcl. , Obataining Basic Construction Approval For (New Outlet/Existing Outlet) From Peso. Drawings And Necesasary Statutory Documents Required To Obtain Same Must Be Collected By Party From Hpcl, Obataining Basic Construction Approval For (New Outlet/Existing Outlet) From Peso. Drawings And Necesasary Statutory Documents Required To Obtain Same Must Be Collected By Party From Hpcl., Obataining Final Grant Of License For New Outlet From Peso. Drawings And Necesasary Statutory Documents Required To Obtain Same Must Be Collected By Party From Hpcl, Obataining Ammendment Of License For Existing Retail Outlet From Peso.
