Periodical And Running Maintenance Of Gt Phi: 5 Walk Around The Gas Conditioning Skid Visual Inspection Of Gas Leaks And General Checks For The Security System And Attending The Corrective Action As Per The Direction Of Engineerincharge In The Gas Conditioning Skid And The Gas Drain Collection Tank. Up Keeping Of The Gas Conditioning Skid And The Gas Drain Collection Tank By Thorough External Cleaning, Disposal Of The Condensate Tank Collection And Keeping The System Clean And Tidy. Replacement Of The Filters And Moisture Separators In The Gas Conditioning Skid Which Will Be Supplied By Board, If Required And Any Other Unforeseen Minor Works Related To The Mechanical Maintenance As Directed By The Engineer Incharge. 6 B. Breakdown Maintenance Of Gt Phi: 6 Seal Air Fans Of Diverter Damper And Guillotine Damper: Dismantling The Outer Cover & Gasket, Disconnecting The Fan From Motor Shaft And Cleaning The Fan Housing. Dismantling The Nrv, Inspection For Any Damage Reassembling The Fan On Motor Shaft And Closing The Cover With New Gasket In Place. Removal Of Bearings Of Nrv Flap, Inspecting Them For And Replacing If Necessary. Bearings Will Be Supplied By The Board. Packing Grease And Reassembling The Nrv & Normalizing As Per The Direction Of Engineer In Charge 7 Evaporator Cooling System 8 Gt Lube Oil Pump: 9 Gt Hydraulic Oil Pump 10 Minor Welding Works 11 Gas Turbine Combustion Chamber Inspection Emergency Breakdown Work 12 Gas Turbine 13 Gas Turbine Lifting Oil Pump Emergency Breakdown Work 14 Gas Turbine Lube Oil Heat Exchanger Emergency Breakdown Work 15 Gt Blowoff Valve: Gt Blowoff Valves Emergency Break Down Works 15 Gt Exhaust & Diffuser Fasteners And Tightness Work
