It is essential that party must have supplied such cold rooms in past as per the qualification and eligibility criteria. 1.3 Service center should be based at Jaipur/Rajasthan. Service Center to attend the complaint within a period of 6 hours to prevent the damage to dead bodies/high value kits. 1.31 Firm should be liable to provide the breakdown service within 24 hours to prevent the storage of kits. 1.32 Firm should submit the list of users along with 10 performance certificate from the users from Institute of National Repute. 1.33 Firm will be responsible for complete installations.
