Mtm Samples - Collection Of All Level Samples From The Tanks For Monthly Monitoring By Qc Lab. B. Bft Samples - Collection Of Uml Samples From The Storage Tanks After Every Plt Receipt. C. Water Bottom Samples - Collection Of Bottom Samples From Tanks Where Water Bottom Is Maintained. 4. Ensure Proper Sealing Of Wooden And Aluminum Container And Attach Sample Tags, Bar Code Labels On The Sample Containers. 5. Transport The Collected Sample Containers Safely To Budge Budge Lab From Rajbandh Top. 6. Handover Filled Sample Containers In Sealed Condition To Lab And Obtain Proper Receipt Acknowledgement From The Budge Budge Lab. 7. Collect Empty Sample Containers In Sealed Condition From Lab And Bring Back To Rajbandh Top. 8. Carry Various Light Materials Eg. Hydro Meters, Thermo Meters, Testing Chemical Bg Indicator Or Any Other Material Instructed By Bpcl. 9. Submit Proof Of Acknowledgement Of Budge Budge For Receipt Of All Samples Along With Bills. The Following To Be Submitted Latest By 5Th Of The Following Month For Payment: A. Job Completion Report B. 2 Copies Of Bill. C. Supporting Documents As Per The Job Schedule. 10. In Case Of Missing Of Samples And Non Availability Of Proper Documents From Qc Lab, Payment Will Be Deducted Proportionately. 11. Wear The Statutory Safety Equipments ( Ppe Helmet, Safety Shoes ) And Id Card Inside Licensed Premises. 12. Quoted Rate Should Be Inclusive Of Toll Bill.
