Rate To Include Wastages, Mixing The Paint Properly As Per Manufacturer Specifications, Applying With Air Less Spray Gun Till 115 Micron Dft Of Paint Thickness Is Obtained, Testing For Thickness Etc. , Finish Coat-External, One Coat Of High Build Epoxy Finish Coating Of 100 Micron And Two Coat Of Acrylic Polyurethane Finish Of 40 Micron Per Coat. Supply And Painting With Approved Make Paint Equivalent As Approved By Hpcl, In Not Less Than Two Coat To Shell And Roof Of Approved Shade Including All Appurtenance Nozzle And Gauge Well And Foam Pourer Platform, Structural Support/Bracket/Rib, Curb Angle, Bottom Plate Projection, Expansion, Sprinkler And Foam Pipeline With Appropriate Colour Shade Etc. Rate To Include Wastage, Mixing As Per Manufacturer Specification, Applying In Two Or More Coat To Achieve 180 Micron Dft, Using Conventional Spray/Air Less Spray Gun Till The Required Dft Of Paint Thickness Is Obtained, Testing For Thickness, Providing Pipe Scaffolding Etc. Complete. Painting Shall Be Applied To Tank Roof, Deck, Roof Appurtenance, Nozzle And Tank Body Valve Etc. Payment For This Item Will Be Made On Actual Surface Area Of Tank Shell And Roof Measured Only Once. No Separate Measurement Will Be Taken For Nozzle, Shell/Deck/Roof Appurtenance Etc
