Hiring Services For Providing Nhai, Dm Noc And Peso Layout Drawings To Obtain Nh Approval, Dm Noc, Peso Approvals For Petroleum Retail Outlets - Vro.-Preparation Of Complete Set Of Drawings And File Of The Retail Outlet As Per The New Nhai Guidelines ( Govt. Circular Dated 17.10.2003) Or State Statutory Guidelines And As Advised By Hpcl. The Set Of Drawings Include; 1.5 Km Radius Plan, Index Map. Drainage Plan, Etc. The Job Also Includes Conducting A Plane Table Survey Of The Retail Outlet Site. Preparation Of The Complete Checklist As Per The Nhai Guidelines, Preparation Of Necessary Application Forms For Obtaining Nhai / State Statutory Approval. The Drawings, Checklist And Application Forms For Each Retail Outlets To Be Submitted To The Hpcl (Location As Specified In Tender) Office For Review And Certification. Job Includes Making Required Numbers Of Revisions In Drawings/Documents If Asked By Nhai / State Statutory Authorities Without Any Extra Cost.Job Also Includes:Preparation Of Complete Set Of Drawings (Number Of Drawings Specified In Tender) For Peso Approval And Grant Of License Of The Retail Outlet As Per The New Peso Guidelines And As Advised By Hpcl. The Drawings For Each Retail Outlets To Be Submitted To The Hpcl (Location As Specified In Tender) Office For Review And Certification. Job Includes Making Required Numbers Of Revisions In Drawings If Asked By Peso Authorities Without Any Extra Cost. Vendor To Submit Original Tracing To Hpcl Along With Editable Auto Cad Drawing, Vendor Shall Visit Site For Checking The Boundaries And Taking Measurements To Prepare Cad Drawings And Submit The Pdf Drawing In A2 Size To Take The Approval From Hpcl, After Confirmation They Are To Be Submitted In A1 Size Blue Prints (14 Nos) To Hpcl. The Soft Copy Of Cad File Shall Be Submitted To Hpcl. ,Visiting The Retail Outlets For Traverse Surveying The Existing Facilities And Comparing With Approved Existing Peso Layouts Etc
