Or As Directed By Eic Using 20 Mm Downgraded Aggregate, Including Machine Mixing, Shuttering, Compaction, Curing All And Job To Be Completed As Per The Technical Specification/Codal Provisions/ Sound Engineering Practices And As Directed By Eic, Providing And Constructing Brick Masonry Sub-Structure In Cm 1:4 Using 35B Class Bricks Of Minimum Compressive Strength 35 Kg/Sq.Cm And Conforming To Is: 1077-1986 Including Providing All Openings And Projections As Per The Drawing, Raking The Joints To 1 Cm Deep, Scaffolding, Soaking Of Bricks Prior To Use And Curing Etc Complete As Per Specifications. Measurement Of Masonry Will Be Based On Actual Thickness Of Wall Constructed. (A)Brick For Masonry In Foundation, Walls And Other Location Shall Be Hand Or Machine Moulded And Made From Suitable Soil And Kiln Burnt. They Shall Have Regular And Uniform Size And Colour, Sharp Straight And Right Angeled Edges And Deep Cherry Red Colour, Uniformity Well Burnt Throughout But Not Over Burnt. They Shall Have Smooth Rectangular Faces With Pallet Sides And Sharp Corners, Providing And Laying 12Mm Thick Smooth Cement Plastering In 1:4 Cm In Single Coat To All The Interior Walls Including Providing Necessary Scaffolding, Chicken Wire Mesh At All Joints Of Brick And Concrete Surfaces With A Minimum Overlap Of 150 Mm In All Directions And Additional Thickness If Required To Achieve Perfect Line And Level, Groove Cutting Without Any Extra Cost., Excavation In All Sorts Of Soil, Including Hard Murrum And Soft Rock, Sludge, But Excluding Hard Rock, Using Excavators, Pick Axe For Manual Digging If Necessary And Including Back Filling, Shoring, Strutting Etc
