Such Rejected Cylinders Shall Be Properly Degassed, After Removing The Sc Valve And Crushed To De-Shape The Cylinder. Scope Of Job: A. Destacking Of Rejected Cylinders From Yard B. Shifting Of Cylinders To Depressurizing Facility C. Depressurizing Cylinders Up To 1 Bar Pressure Using Cold Flaring Facility D. Valve Removal By Valve Removing Machine E. Shifting Of Valve Removed Cylinders To Degassing Facility F. Degassing By Water Filling G. Crushing The Cylinders Using Hydraulic Crushing Machine H. Stacking Of The Crushed Cylinders The Tender Has Provision To Extend The Contract For Repeat Order Value Up To A Maximum Of Contract Value, On Sole Discretion Of Bpcl
