Activated Carbon Filter - 1 Set With 25Kgs Of Activated Carbon ( Iv-600 ) Max. Treatment Flow: 2M3 / Hr. And Ax. Operating Pressure : 3 Kg / Cm2; V. Dosing Pump - 1 Set Storage Tank : 50 Liters And Capacity : Max 6 Lph Vi. Ro Block With Membrane Housing - 2 No And Ro Membranes - 2 No Of Type : Spiral Wound Vii. High Pressure Pump - 1 No Make: Kirloskar / Grundfos Motor Hp / Kw : 1.5 Hp / 2 Kw Capacity : 2000 Lt / H Viii. Micron Filters - 2 No Ix. Uv Systems - 1 No Of Service Flow : 500 Liters Per Hour X. Other Control And Instrument Components Such As Pressure Gauges, Flow Meters And Control Unit And Tds Monitor. Xi. The Processed Water Shall Not Exceed 50 Ppm. Xii. The Ro Plant Shall Be Operating On Fully Automatic Mode. Xiii. The Storage Tank Of Sintex Make 500 L Capacity - Loft Model Iws 50.01 Or Its Equivalent Of Approved Quality Shall Only Be Supplied Xiv. The Water Cooler Supplied Shall Have A Capacity To Store 40 Liters Of Chilled Water And Provision To Dispense Chill Water And Normal Water Through Individual Faucets. B. Installation: I. Installing Of Fully Functional Ro Plant Is Completely In The Scope Of Supplier Only Ii. Installation Of The Unit Includes The Following Jobs A. Erection Of Unit At Designated Place As Advised By The Concerned Officer B. Electrical Connections To Be Made As Required. Bpcl Provides On Source Point Of Electrical Supply While The Supplier Has To Make Necessary Arrangements For Individual Connections Probably By Providing Power Distribution Arrangement C. Plumbing, Which Include Raw Water Line From Raw Water Source Tank To Ro Plant, And Processed Water Pipe From Ro Plant To Loft Tank And Rejected Water Pipe From Ro Plant To Rejected Water Storage Tank And Loft Tank To Cooler As Advised By Concerned Officer Is Completely In The Scope Of Supplier Only. Bpcl Will Not Be Providing Any Kind Of Material Or Manpower. Supplier Should Ensure The Pipes Provided And Plumbing Are Maintained High Quality D. Minimum Quantity Of Anti-Scaling And Any Other Dosing Chemical Shall Be Supplied By The Supplier To Test The Plant During Commissioning. E. Installation Of Cooler At Designated Place Is In The Scope Of Supplier Only. Bpcl Shall Provide Only Power Socket Of Sufficient Rating.
