    Tender For Road Repairing At Mpspl Talegaon Booster Station - Providing And Laying Asphalting 50 Mm Thick (Compacted Thickness) In One Layer Of 50 Mm Premix Asphalt Carpet On Top Of Wbm Surface Using 20 Mm Downsize Crushed Aggregates For Premix Carpet Mixed With Molten Bitumen 80/100 Grade, Laying To The Required Line, Level And Camber. The Job Shall Include Preparation Of Surface, Cleaning The Wbm Surface With Wire Brush/Compressed Air, Laying Tack Coat, Rolling For Compaction, Erecting Road Barriers, Notices Etc Complete. The Total Finished Compacted Thickness Shall Be 50 Mm, Providing And Laying Of Seal Coat 12 Mm Thick With 6.3 Mm Down Coarse Aggregate. Quantity Of Bitumen Used Should Be 19.6 Kg Per 10 Square Meter Of Seal Coat. The Job Includes Compaction By 8 To 10 Ton Power Roller To Proper Camber And Slope All Complete As Per Direction Of Hpcl Eic. Finishing Should Be Done By Applying A Layer Of Sand In Order To Fill Up The Voids. Note : All The Asphalting Jobs Shall Be Started Only After Stacking Bitumen At The Site As Per Theoretical Calculation Considering The Area. The Total Job Including Seal Coat To Be Carried Out In One Go. In Case Of Any Delay In Laying The Seal Coat After Laying The Premix Carpet, Additional Tack Coat At 5.0 Kg Per 10 Sqm To Be Laid Without Any Extra Payment.The Bitumen Shall Be Of Vg30 Grade (60/70).
