To Promote And Increase Our Awareness Among Our Esteemed Customers About Different Promotional Schemes And New Initiatives By Our Corporation It Is Required Display And Show Case These On Hoarding &Amp; Standees At Different Retail Outlets Of Our Territory. Also Many Times We Need To Install Hoardings As Per Instruction From Our Rhq As Well As Mop &Amp; Ng With Short Notices For Showcasing New Events Schemes And New Initiatives. Hence It Is Required To Float One Tender For Supplying And Installing Hoardings At Our Retail Outlets.. The Rates Shall Be Valid Till 25.01.2020 Form Date Of Issue Of Loi. The Job Shall Be Carried Out The Following Manner. 1. The Vendor Has To Start Executing The Job, Within 24 Hr Of Award The Job. 2. The Vendor Shall Supply, Transport And Fix The Flex On Hoarding And Standees At Bpcl Retail Outlet Situated Within Bhubaneswar Retail Territory Of Bpcl As Assigned By Sales Officer. 3. The Size And Quantity Of Flex May Vary, 4. The Vendor Shall Quote The Unit Price Inclusive Of All Except Tax. 5. The Life Of Flex With Printing Should Be Minimum 6 Months In All Climatic Conditions. 6. The Material To Be Printed On Flex Will Be Assigned By Sales Officer. Material Specification The Material Specification Of Flex Material As Follows:- 1. Material – Flex 2. Thickness – 260 Ounce. 3. Ink – Solvent Based Paint. 4. Printing – Digital 5. Color – 600 Dip Or Above – Three Pass.
