    Tender Details

    Providing Item Wise Rate - 6. Providing and erecting a W metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70cm above anticrash barrier of flyover/bridge fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150X75X5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.0 m high and fixed to the anticrash barrier of flyover/bridg with the help of square base plate. Four Hilty bolts of 15mm diameter used to fix the base plate to the top of anticrash barrier of flyover/bridge. 7. Supplying, Providing and Fixing copper plate 4mm thickness and 600 mm wide with central depression of 100 mm and width about 40 to 50 mm. Anchoring to the concrete deck slab with 12 mm hilti stainless steel anchor fastener with epoxy grouting. Laying over 2-3 mm asphalt sheet (Location at Navi Mumbai) and glueing with epoxy. 8. Supplying, Providing and Fixing stainless steel baracading 150 mm diameter over Anticrash barrier of flyover/bridge. Barrier supported on 75 mm dia-meter stainless steel vertical about 30 to 45 cm high connected to anti crash barrier through base plate and hilti bolt.
