    Tender For Bitumen Road Around Dpt Shed- Providing And Laying Dry Trap Rubble Stone Soling 230 Mm Thick Including Hand Packing, Filling The Interstices With Chips, Spalls And Binding With Grit And Selected Murrum, Watering, Compacting By Power Rolling With 8/10 Ton Roller Complete, Supplying And Filling Imported Murrum Of Approved Quality In Layers Not Exceeding Compacted Thickness Of 200 Mm Inclusive Spreading, Watering ,Ramming, Compacting, And If Required, Rolling And Re-Rolling With Power Roller, Mechanical Compactor Of 80 Kn To 100 Kn Capacity To Achieve Maximum Compaction, All Complete As Per Direction Of Engg.-In-Charge. The Murrum Should Be Excavated From A Quarry / Mines, Free From Weeds, Grass And Other Objectionable Debris. Measurement Basis Compacted Thickness Only. Rate Shall Include Conducting Compaction Test As Per Tech Spect., Water Bound Macadum Providing And Laying Wbm In 100Mm Thick Compacted Thickness Each Using Well Graded Stone Aggregates Of Approved Quality Of 90 To 45 Mm Size With Screening Of 13.2 Mm & Less. Rate Includes Spreading Metals, Hand Packing, Filling The Interstices With Spalls, Chips, And Approved Quality Binder And Rolling Each Layer With 8 To 10 Mt Power Roller With Simultaneous Watering Till The Metal Is Bound By The Water Binder Paste To Achieve Maximum Compaction, Finishing The Surface To Proper Grade And Level .Rate Also To Include Carrying Out The Following Tests On Aggregates And Test Results To Be Submitted To Eic Before Use And Shall Meet Following Strength Requirements.[La Abrasion Value : 40 % , Flakiness Index :15 %], Water Bound Macadum Providing And Laying Wbm In 75 Mm Thick Compacted Thickness Each Using Well Graded Stone Aggregates Of Approved Quality Of 90 To 45 Mm Size With Screening Of 13.2 Mm & Less.
