    Tender For Supply And Installation Of Vapour Extraction Unit @ Manglia Lpg Projects , Indore- Design, Fabrication And Supply Of 20 Swg Gi Ducting As Per Is 5655 With Duct Velocity Of 10 M/Sec In Suitable Size As Per The Site Requirement (Including Tees, Bends, Elbows, Collars, Copper Continuity Jumpers, Leak Proof Gaskets Etc) With All Hardware, Structural Supports Etc. Complete. Gi Ducting To Be Provided Above Ground / Underground As Required And As Directed At Site. Note: This Item Is For Supply Part Of The Ducting, The Payment Shall Be Made Based On Finished Sizes Of The Ducting. The Design, Fabrication, Erection, Commissioning Shall Be Paid Seperately., Design And Supply Of Chimney Made Of Minimum 3 Mm Thick Cs Pipe (Is 2062) Of Suitable Size (Calculations To Be Submitted By The Bidder). The Chimney Shall Be Of Min. 7.5 M High Above The Ffl Of Sheds Clamped With Suitable Ms Structural Supports / Guide Ropes (Self-Supporting Without Use Of Any Existing Structural Of The Shed). It Should Have A Rain Cover At The Top Including Nrv. The Typical Rcc Foundation Required For The Chimney Shall Be Designed And Submitted Along With The Offer, Supply Of Blower Of 20000 Cum/Hr As Per Is4894 And Flp Motor Assembly As Per Is 325/Is 2148 On A Ms Channel Frame With Foundation Bolts And Approved Make /Equivalent Anti-Vibration Mounting Pads And Supply Of Flp On-Off Push Button Station With Stand. This Complete Assembly Should Be Suitable For Grade-Ii -A And Grade- Ii- B Gases And Is To Be Installed In Explosive Area Zones 1 And 2., Providing And Fixing Ms Tee Vent Hood With Brass Wire Guage Of 11 Mesh/Sq.Cm As Per Standard Etc
