    Tender For Annual Maintenance Contract Of Lifts (05 Nos.)- Supply Of All The Required Spares & Consumables Towards Uninterrupted Running Of The Specified Lift During The Period Of Amc. In Case, Failure Of Motor, Gear Box,Drive And Control Card The Firm Shall Be Responsible For Their Repair / Rewinding / Replacement Of Components ,As And When Required For Safe Restoration Of The Lift. In Case Of Non Replacement Of Components, Spares And Consumables As Specified Below Cost Of The New Spares / Components As Decided By The Executing Department Shall Be Deducted . (A)In Case Of Defectiveness Of Small Value Items Like Push Buttons, Limit Switches, Indication Lamps, Level Switches ,Gate Locks, Guide Shoe Liners, Retaining Cams, Carbon Brushes, Brush Holders
