    Supply Of Valvechanging,Cr,Crushng - Replacing Of Defective Cyls Valves With Good Valves: Job Includes Supply Of Teflon Tapes Of Standard Quality Like Champion Etc., Shifting Of Cyls To Valve Changing Machine And Sending Back Good Cylinders To Filling Shed For Filling And Keeping Zero Defective Cyls Inventory By End Of Each Day, Cold Repair Of Cylinders-Cold Repair Of The Bend Stay Plate/Bend Foot Ring/Bend Vp Ring Cylinders. On The Machine Provided In The Plant. Activity Also Includes Shifting And Loading Repaired Cylinders On Conveyors. Quantities To Be Certified By Shift Officer At The End Of The Shift, Crushing/Deshaping Unserviceable 14.2 Kg Cylinders And Stacking Deshaped Cylinders As Directed. Crushing Machine Shall Be Arranged By The Contractor. Power Supply Will Be Arranged By Corporation. Job Includes Handling Of Cylinders Stacking And Destacking Of Crushed Cylinders Inside The Plant., Crushing/Deshaping Of Unserviceable Sc Valves And Storing Crushed Valves As Directed By The Officer, Crushing/Deshaping Of Unserviceable Regulators And Storing Them As Per The Requirement Of The Corporation
