[WITH OUT ENCODER FEED BACK SYSTEM] THE AC DRIVE SHALL BE OF MINIMUM 40KW CAPACITYTO DRIVE 37.9 KW/50HP MH S4 DUTY, 415 V SQUIRREL CAGE INDUCTION MOTOR CLASS FINSULATION, BASE SPEED: MOTOR 983 RPM, CDF 60 PERCENT WITH 300 STARTS PER HOUR[MINIMUM]. DIGITAL INPUT TO THE DRIVE WILL BE FROM 4 NOTCHES OF EXISTING MASTERCONTROLLER IN EACH DIRECTION. THE DRIVE SHALL HAVE SUITABLE CURRENT FEED BACKCONTROL SYSTEM FOR SPEED CONTROL. THE DRIVE SUPPLY SHALL INCLUDE REQUIREDRESISTOR FOR DYNAMIC BREAKING RFI FILTER AND CHOPPER. THE TECHNICAL LITERATURE OFTHE DRIVE OFFERED SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THE OFFER.
