    Tender For Cleaning Of Drain - Supply And Operation Of Jcb For Miscellaneous Jobs On Rent Basis, As And When Advised By Hpcl. Payment To Be Made On Per Hour Basis, Supply Of Unskilled Man Power:This Item Covers Supply Of Manpower To Be Utilized For Executing Any Additional Work, Which Is Not Covered Under Any Of The Lump Sum Or Unit Rate Items Mentioned Above. Agency Shall Mobilize And Supply Manpower With All Tools, Equipment, Consumables, Electrical Services, Supervision Etc. And Execute The Job.Payment Shall Be Made Per 8 Hrs Shift Basis Per Person. In Case Of Additional Hours The Payment Shall Be Made On Prorata Basis, Extra Trip-Internal Trip: Removal Of Garbage From Hpne Provide Services For Internal Trip (Minimum 300 Cubic Feet. Truck/Dumper) With Minimum 03 Workers Except Driver Along With Proper Tools, Tackles, Equipments And Arrange For Full Load Trips Shall Be Provided As Per The Requirement With Prior Approval From The Officer-In-Charge For Removal Of Garbage And Its Disposal To Designated Place As And When Asked. Truck/Dumper Should Be With Valid Permit From Rto/Bmc, Govt. Authorities. & Driver Must Have Valid License Of Heavy Vehicle From Rto Etc. Any Kind Of Material Has To Be Loaded, Transported, Unloaded, Levelling Of Earth Surfaces & Its Compaction And Stacked At A Designated Place In Hp Nagar East Housing Complexes As Per The Instructions Of Officer-In-Charge. If Contractor Fails To Bring Truck For Extra Trip For Next Day As Per The Instructions Of Officer-In-Charge To Remove Additional Garbage From The Colony Rs. 200/- Per Delayed Day/S As Penalty Will Be Deducted From His Monthly Bill
