    Tender For 1.Multi lock valve adopter, high unreduced pressure with self closing valve through M.E.C.V.standard thread and fitted with non- return valve and top outlet of size 25.6mm x M.E.C.V. for use on bharatcutting gas cylinders of 35/19 Kgs capacity with the following features Features of the regulator:(a) LPG/ Cuttinggas regulator F.E.C.V(inlet) x 3/8 BSPPF outlet fitted with copper elbow nipple suitable for bull nose adopter andsuitable bull nose adopter for dia 3/8 rubber pipe with 3/8 BSPPF Cu Nut (L.H Thread). (b) 1/8 BSPPF gaugeopening of inlet pressure 10.5 Kg/cm/150 PSIG max and 0.35 Kg/cm/5 PSIG Min duly fitted with suitable dialguage of 2 Dia. (c) Delivery pressure 2.1 Kgs/cm/30 PSIG Max and 0.035 kg/cm/0.5 PSIG Min d) Flow rate at0.3 Kg/cm/5 PSIG IS 22 Kg/hour(49 LBS/Hour) (e) Both regulator and compact valve adapter in assembledcondition. (f) Overall length of the assembly shouldnot exceed 180mm and should be freely mountable withoutany infringement on 35 Kg/19 Kg. cutting gas cylinders of BPCL. (OR) Any other design/Modelrecommended/Approved by M/s Bharat petroleum Corporation Ltd., and the proof of such details of design/model,recommended/approved should be submitted along with relevant product literature and broachers whilesubmitting the offer documents. 2. Guarantee: The material should be guaranteed for a period of one year fromthe date of supply/Six months from the date of use. 3. Authorized dealers only should quote/considered for thisitem.
