For Completion Of The Job. Job To Be Completed In All Respect As Per Standard Specification And Direction Of Engineer-In-Charge. The Scope The Job Includes But Not Limited To The Following:Receiving Owner Supplied Materials, Including Handling, Hauling/Loading, Transportation To Work Site, Unloading And Stringing. Cutting, Beveling, Grinding, Edge Preparation (Including Any Additional Cutting, Beveling, Grinding Required For Perfect Fit Up, Between The Edges Of The Pipes, Bends Etc. ), Aligning, Fit-Up, Welding Of Pipes As Per Approved Technical Specifications / Procedures Of This Tender. Job Also Include Radiography 10% Joints And Hydrotesting. Root Run Shall Be With E-6010 Electrode And Intermediate And Finished Welding Shall Be With E-7018 Electrodes Of Esab Or Approved Equivalent. The Job Also Includes Fabrication Of Any Bends, Tees, Eccentric Or Concentric Reducers Other Than The Ones Supplied By Hpcl Or In The Scope Of The Contractor.
