    Tender For One Time Order For Cleaning And De Silting Of Pipe Track 08 - Cleaning & De-Silting Of Pipe Track 08 In Refinery Long Description: The Lump Sum Scope Includes Cleaning, De-Silting, Debris & Scrap Collection And Removal From The Pipe Track 08 As Mentioned Below: Pipe Track 08 Location: From West Of Culvert At South West Of Ms Block To South East Of Ms Block, Including Drains, Culverts Within The Defined Location Of Pipe Track, All Area Between Pipe Track Side Walls / Fencing On North & South Sides Of The Pipe Track. The Adjoining Pitching Surface / Walls / Abutments Etc. Are Included In The Scope. Scope Includes Disposal Of Collected Waste And Debris To Outside Refinery. The Detailed Scope Of The Job Is As Below: I. The Agency Has To Carryout Cleaning, De-Silting Of Pipe Tracks Including Drains, Culverts Within The Locations Mentioned Including Adjoining Pitching Surface / Walls / Abutments Etc. In Pipe Track 08 In Refinery. Ii. Any Non-Concreted Portion Of The Pipe Track Shall Be Graded (Including Excavation / Back Filling Up To An Average Depth Of 2) To Proper Slopes So As To Ensure Surface Drainage. Iii. The Agency Shall Ensure That It Does Not Transport Any Oil Sludge Or Oily Wastes From Refinery. All The De-Silted Material / Debris / Earth / Insulation Material Generated Shall Be Transported To Outside Refinery To A Gvmc Approved Location In Tippers / Tractor Trollies Etc. Iv. Any Metal Scrap Collected Shall Be Separated According To The Metallurgy And Shall Be Shifted To The Designated Scrap Yard Location Within Refinery, As Per The Instructions Of The Engineer-In-Charge. Vi. The Scope Also Covers Cleaning All The Pipelines In The Pipe Tracks Free Of Dust / Debris / De-Silted Material Etc.Item Specifications.
