Tender For Air Pigging Activities Between Ghatkeswar To Suryapet Section Of Vvspl - Mobilization Of Diesel Engine Driven Air Compressor Of A Minimum Capcity Approx. 750 Cfm @ 10 Kg/Cm2 Pressure Or Superior Capacity, Placement Of The Same In Position At Designated Owners Premises (Vvspl-Ghatkesar)For Air Pigging On 24Hr Basis In Idling Working Ocnditions, Including Transportation, Manpower, Handling , Loading, Unloading, Shifting, Mobilization Of Suitable Hosepipes And Its Connection With Air Compressor And Owners Pipeline Including Mobilization All Necessary Tools And Tackles, Supervision All Complete As Advised By Owners Engineer In-Charge. Contractor Shall Deploy Competent Person As Air Compressor Operators On 12 Hr Shift Basis For Round The Clock Operation Including Services Like Diesel Top-Up, Condition Monitoring Of Air Compressors Etc.Fuel Which Shall Be Issued Free By The Owner. Contractor To Make Necessary Arrangement For Shifting Of Diesel From Ghatkeswar Receipt Station. Hiring Charges Shall Not Be Payable In Case Of Mechanical Break-Down Of Air Compresssor For The Period Of Break-Down. The Days Will Be Counted From Date Of Compressed Air Into The Barrel Till Date Of Disconnection. Part Days Will Be Counted As Full Days. Day Will Be Counted From 0000Hrs To 23:59Hrs, The Vendor Shall Be Required To Fabricate A Manifold To Connect The Between The 2 Barrels By A 4 To 6 Flanged (600#)Connection Of Aprox. 10M Length Of Pipe From The Pig Launcher To Pig Receiver. The Job Shall Include Fabrication Of A 4 To 6 Dia Pipe Spool Of 4 To 5 M Length, There Shall Be Provision For To Connect With 600 Class Flanges At Pig Launcher To Pig Receiver At Suryapet, Job Shall Also Include Positioning Of A Valve And Nrv. Vendor Shall Supply All Pipes, Pipe Fitting, Flanges, Hydrant Couplings, Gaskets, Nuts And Bolts And All Incidental Consumables. Vendor Shall Use Non Sparking Tools In Working Location. The Valve And Nrv, Shall Be Provided By Hpcl Etc..
