    Tender For Charges For Renewal Of Ss Splitter Plates And Damaged Portion Of Inner Cover Plate In Coal Nozzle Tips Including Renewal Of Old Splitter Plates, Insert Plates And Patching Inner Cover Plates, Fixing Of New Plates ( The Finished Product Must Be Inline With Oem Supply ) Charges Inclusive Of Labour, Cost Of Consumables, Cutting Of Ss Plates To Required Size, Ss Electrodes, T&P And Transportation. ( The Required Splitter Plates, Insert Plates & Ss Plates Etc., Will Be Supplied By Board At Free Of Cost ) Charges For Hard Facing Of New / Reconditioned Coal Nozzle Tips Which Involves Hard Facing Of 3 Nos. Splitter Plates On Both Sides And Insert To The Entire Area Including The Cost Of Welding Electrodes To Be Used As Base Layer 8 Kgs And Top Layer 4 Kgs As Specified In The Special Condition. Charges For Checking Of Deformation And Matching Of Coal Nozzle Tip With Nozzle For Proper Clearance Including Transporting Of Coal Nozzle Tips From Workshop To Stores.
