    Tender For Garden Services - Providing Services Unskilled For Garden Maintenance As Per The Attached Scope Of Job. Unskilled Services - Maintenance Of Lawn Requirement:-Minmum Two Semi-Skilled Manpower In General Shift For All Working Days Except Sundays And Holidays Providing Services For Developing And Maintaining Good Lawns/Gardens At The Open Space In The Depot Including Planting Of Herbs, Grass, Flower Plants And Trees. The Gardener Must Be Experienced In Gardening Job.The Job Included As Follows: Watering, Pruning And Maintaining The Plants On Day To Day Basis Without Any Lapse. Preparation Of Ground, Planting Saplings, Seasonal Flowers, Lawn Grass Etc. Job Also Includes Removal Of Dead Plants, Leaves, Weeds Etc From The Garden. Job Includes Cutting Of Plants To Shape As And When Required. Job Also Involves Development Of New Garden As And When Needed. Application Of Pesticides, Fertilisers, Manure To Plants On A Timely Basis To Prevent Any Damage To The Plants. Any Damage To Plants To The Plants Due To Non-Application Of Fertilisers, Pesticides And Manure Will Be Charged To The Contractor On Penal Rates.All Basic Gardening Equipment, Plants, Grass And Herbs Will Be Provided By Hpcl.Payment Shall Be Made On Monthly Basis - Supply Of Tree Saplings And Planation After Leveling The Area - Supply Of Mentioned Sapling/Tree/. Age Should Be 0.5 - 1 Year For Sapling For Flower/Shrubs/Herbs. Tree Of 2-3 Year Old Plant For (Flower/Fruit/Avenue). The Plant Should Have Adequate Flower Buds And Leaves For Further Growth/Germination Etc.
