Tender For Mechanical And Tb Jobs For Tank 6Bx -Lump Sum Scope:The Scope Of Work Includes Extension Of Existing Annular Plate, Jacking, Application Of Thermal Barrier, New Bottom And Annular Plates Erection & Welding, Painting, Insulation, Erection And Welding Of Steam Coil, Cod, Pipes Replacement In The Tank Farm, Drip Ring Erection And Welding, Tank Pad Repair, Calibration And Hydro Testing Of The Tank As Per The Drawings/Documents Refered In The Tender, Tender Line Items And Terms & Conditions Of Tender For Tank 120-T-06Bx.Detailed Scope Of Job, Specifications And All Other Terms And Conditions Are Given Below.1. Jacking: Mobilization, Supply, Erection, Operation And Demobilization Of Hydraulic Jacks Along With Accessories For Carrying Out Thermal Barrier Jobs, Bottom Plate Jobs And Annular Plate Jobs. A) Agency Shall Design The Jacking System Considering Tank Diameter, Weight And Palcement Of Jacks From Outside Of The Tank. B) Agency To Mobilize All Hydraulic Jacks And Connected Accessories Required For Lifting Of Tank Shell For Carrying Out Thermal Barrier Jobs (Drawing No. B015-000-81-41-37103, Rev-A, Attached For Reference) , Bottom Plate Jobs And Annular Plate Jobs (Mechanical Data Sheet For Ruf Feed Tank 120-T-06Bx, Drawing No.B015-000-80-43-Ds-3756, Rev-D Attached).C) Well Qualified Specialist Technicians Shall Be Deployed For Erection And Operation Of All Hydraulic Jacks. The Jacks Shall Be Operated As Per The Job Requirement.D) All Arrangements Required At The Site For Fixing Jacks And Lifting Of Shell Shall Be Arranged By The Agency. E) Adequate Number Of Hydraulic Jacks Shall Be Erected All Around The Periphery Of The Tank For Safely Carrying Out The Jobs. The Hydraulic Jacks Shall Be In Good Working Condition.F) The Hydraulic Jacks Shall Be Retained Till Completion Of All New Bottom And Annular Plate Erection And Welding To The Shell For Completion In Total. No Idling Charges For Jacks Shall Be Payable For Any Delay In Work. G) ,Etc.
