    Tender For Tw Housekeeping And Grass Cutting 2018-19 - Providing Services For Daily Cleaning Of Office And Lobby Area Of Ground Floor And The First Floor Of Administrative Building, Conference Room, Toilets Situated In The Administrative Building, Pantry Situated In The Administrative Building, Packed Planning Room, Packed Planning Room - Ii, Bulk Planning Room, Weighbridge Room, Security Cabin Situated At Both The Entrance Gates, Meter Room Situated Near To The Main Entrance Gate, Motor Control Centre Room, All Dg Sheds ( 250 Kva, 500 Kva And 625 Kva Dg Sets ), Fire Water Pump House, Air Compressor Shed, Transformer Area, 3 Nos Of Cvr Stores, One No. Of Mechanical Spares Store, Medical Room, Canteen, Room Over Canteen, Laboratory, Control Room And Ppe Room Situated Near Dfmd. Transformer Area, Hsd Storage Tank Area, Diesel Pump Area, Weighbridge, Tt Gantry Area, Approach Path And Adjoining Areas Of Both Lpg Mounds, All Water Harvesting Tanks And Etp Area. The Cleaning Shall Involve Brooming, Removal Of Dirt From Equipments, Grass And Weeds Removal And Disposal Of Same In A Manner As Advised By The Officer-In-Charge. Fortnightly Cleaning Of Roofs Of All Buildings, Cabins, Rooms, Ceiling Fans, Glass/ Wooden Partitions Etc Mentioned Above Shall Be Carried Out To Remove Dust And Cobwebs From The Roofs.Daily 2 Times Cleaning Of Toilets Situated At Administrative Building Ground Floor And First Floor, At Employee Rest Room And Toilets Situated In The Security Cabin At Both Entrance Gates. The Cleaning Should Be Done Twice Daily And Shall Involve Cleaning Of All Urinal Pots, Floors, Wash Basins And Toilets.Any Water Spillage, Spillage Of Other Liquids In All The Areas Mentioned Above Must Be Attended Immediately And Cleaning Of The Same Shall Be Ensured.Providing Services For Daily Spraying Of Anti-Mosquito Spray/ Medicine In All Areas Of The Plant As Advised By Officer Incharge, Including Cost Of Spray Etc.
