    Tender For General Maintenance Services - Plant Sheds Upkeeping Services - To Carry Out General Maintenance By Cleaning Of Wash Basins, Toilets And Bathrooms And Disinfecting Them Using Acid, Washingpowder And Phenol At Office Building Including Workers Amenity Block, Drivers Rest Room, Security Cabins And At All Otherbuilding Inside The Plant Premises Twice In Each Shift. Cleaning Of Drains And Drain Pits Every Alternate Days Connected Tofilling Shed For Waste Water And Cleaning Of All Storm Water Drains Every Month. Contractor To Ensure To Upkeep All Toiletsand Bathrooms Free From Foul Smell And Dirt Accumulation. Contractor Is To Maintain The Toilets, Bathrooms In Clean And Neatcondition On Daily Basis. Job Includes Cleaning Of Office Building And Amenity Building Block Cleaning Of Tables Andflooring In Office And Amenity Building Block . Scope Of Job Also Includes Clearing Of Septic Tanks As When Required Usingseptic Tank Cleaners. Payment For The Same Will Be Reimbursed By Hpcl On Actual Basis. Payment For The Item Will Be Done On Mandays Basis - Providing Services For Daily Cleaning All Roads Inside The Plant And All Pathways Inside The Plant As Per Terms And Conditions Attached - Supply Of “Casual Unskilled Labours” On As And When Required Basis, For Miscellaneous Jobs, Other Jobs Related To General House Keeping. Services Shall Be Rendered/Engaged During General Shift (9:00 Hrs To 17:30 Hrs Including Half An Hour Lunch Break) Etc.
