Vendor Shall Supply The New Ceramic Fiber Module (Cfm) Lining Arrangement To Suit Existing Arch Section Of Dhds Heater (60F01) Basis The Following Drawing: A. Reactor Heater Radiant Arch Ceramic Module Details ¿ Hpcl-Vr Mnt-Tpd Std-Drg Dhds Cfm 60-F- 01 Arch 01 Following Arch Section Drawings Are For Reference Only: (2Nos) A. Reactor Heater Radiant Arch Plate - Vr-60-F-01-0004 (4 Of 4) B. Refractory Details Of Radiant Section - Vr-60-F-01-0018Ceramic Module Lining Shall Be 1425 Grade, 150 Thk - (25Thk Back Up + 125 Thk Module Lining) For The Entire Arch. Also Anchors, Studs To Be Used As Per Drawing. All Anchors Shall Be 100% Solution Annealed.B. Qap & Inspection Requirements: As Per Attached Qap1. For Cf Blankets & Modules Fabrication Jobs:1.1. Total Fabrication Job Shall 100% Comply With Attached Hpcl Approved Qap.1.2. Third Party Inspection Shall Be As Per Attached Hpcl Approved Qap.2. For Anchors, Studs And Other Ss Hardware:2.1. All Anchors Shall Be 100% Solution Annealed.2.2. Third Party Inspection Shall Be As Per Attached Hpcl Approved Qap.-Agency To Note That The Stagewise Inspection Is A Part Of The Qap And The Same Shall Be Adhered By The Agency. The Stagewise Clearance To Be Submitted To Hpcl For Review.C. Scope Of Supply:1. Material Shall Be Supplied As Per The Specifications /Dimensions In The Given Pr Lines And Deviations Are Not Acceptable. Scope Of Supply Includes The Testing Requirements Of Standards Mentioned & Qap Attached. 2. Vendor Shall Supply All Items Required To Carry Out Complete Cfm Lining Of Arch Section As Per Attached Drawing Hpcl-Vr Mnt-Tpd Std-Drg Dhds Cfm 60- F-01 Arch 01 3. Vendor To Supply 10% Extra For Modules & 20% Extra For All Other Itemsitem Specifications Etc.
