The works of Renovation, strengthening and leakage treatment of entire Morand Aquaduct at Ch. 2617 of LBMC of Tawa Project comprising of Removal of defective concrete fixing steel reinforcement bars in vertical outer faces of damaged trough walls and applying the shotcrete mixture mechanically over-outer vertical faces of trough walls, tie beams, span supporting beams and top and foundation edge of pier caps, abutments & wing walls, Sealing of cracks/ porous concrete with. cement and epoxy grout by injection process through nipples over shuttering joints of through walls. Applying Epoxy Mortar 10 mm thick over vertical faces of barrels, beams, piers and applying 2 coats of protective polymer + cement coating on surface of Epoxy mortar. 75 mm thick wearing coat of cement concrete 1:2;4 with graded metal 20 mm on top of service road & complete in all respects.
